I don’t think that anarchy would be fun. The Joker showed me that. Were someone to ‘Shut Down The System’ in say, Toronto, I would not want to be anywhere nearby.

I’m sorry about the lack of shading in this comic, but the digital pen I use crapped out on me when I was mostly done. I hope it’s simply the battery that’s died and not something worse, as it would be tough to do the comics without it.
