The moments when you get to the busted electrical boxes in the sewers in Infamous are the best in the game, because it’s there that you get your new powers. These moments are great in the early game because your waiting to get the next cool power that you’ve seen in the videos or screenshots but then they’re even better in the late game when you start getting awesome powers you never had spoiled for you and didn’t expect.

I finished the game last night, on hard (which is something I haven’t done in years) and I really liked it. I would absolutely recommend it as a rental, or if you enjoyed the gameplay in the demo a lot, even as a purchase. It’s got great pacing and the story is deep and layered with fairly good voice acting throughout. There are some odd things, like the fact that you stick to every ledge, even when you don’t want to and the lack of music during most of the gameplay. Overall though its got fun action and great powers and took me a respectable 25 hours to beat.
