Only two things worth waking up early for; video games and chewing gum, and I’m all out of gum. And in all seriousness though, this was a big thing for me when I was younger, before the invention of saving (someone always shut off my neglected Nintendo if I left it on). I distinctly remember getting up at 6 am to go all the way through duck hunt, whether I did (or if it was even possible) is another story.
This reminds me of those early film serials from the 30’s where each one had a cliff hanger ending to draw you into the next piece of the story. It’s not fair I say! I want to see what happens now!!!
